Accepted Payment Methods

Withdrawals

Fraud Prevention

Chargebacks & Reversals

Collusion

Automated Play

Account Suspension & Closure
Voluntary Closure
You may request the closure of your nagan88 account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat or email at . Before your account is closed, any real money balance remaining after deduction of applicable bonus obligations will be returned to your verified payment method within 5 business days, subject to outstanding KYC requirements being met.

Dormant Accounts

Dormant accounts may be subject to a monthly inactivity fee of ৳100 deducted from the real money balance, or the balance in full if lower, until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated by the player. Effect of Closure on Pending Bets
Any bets placed and confirmed prior to account closure or suspension will be settled according to the normal settlement process. Winnings from bets placed prior to closure will be credited to the account balance. Where the account has been suspended for investigation, these funds will be held pending the outcome of the review.
